Purchasing real estate is one of the most important investments you will ever make. My previous sales careers (AT&T, BT, Intelsat and Lockheed Martin) presented me with the opportunity to interact with people around the world. I was able to successfully negotiate contracts with private and government entities, primarily based on my ability to understand their goals and communicate effectively.
 
Prior to graduating from Virginia Tech, I resided in a number of states west coast to east coast. I have great memories of all these places but Brunswick County living is my dream come true. Brunswick County is one of the fastest growing counties in North Carolina and its beautiful golf courses, beaches, marinas and climate are some of the reasons that make it so. My wife and I have owned our home in Brunswick County since 2005. My desire to help others realize their dream prompted me to obtain my NC Broker license in April, 2007.         
 
My familiarity and knowledge of the area combined with my real estate expertise, the expertise of Coldwell Banker and the Vic Rosado team presents a winning combination for a successful real estate transaction.
